POETRY AND SPOKEN WORD
Paradiso Poets began in July 2013 and became a monthly event hosted by Vasudha featuring invited poets and open readings with Jem on sound. These intimate and sometimes riotous evenings happen at Pizza Paradiso Suffolk Park, a cosy oasis a few minutes south of Byron Bay, with scrumptious food, an excellent bar and wonderfully hospitable staff. Past feature poets: ReVerse Butcher, Fury, Thomas A Day, Robin Archbold, Frank Khourey, Phil Frea, Gilli Smyth, Tanya Delys Mandorla, Christine Strelan, Triple Nip, Pyxidata, Surreal RebelLion, Candy Royalle, Darkwing Dub, Daevid Allen, David Hallett, Gina Lakosta, Rebecca Rushbrook.
